The dominant aromas are complex, red and white fruits mixing with floral tinges.
With time these fruity aromas tend to turn mellower, with touches of spices and kernel-fruits, while the
colour turns into amber tints.
Grape: 60% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, 20% Syrah.
Food match: spiced Mediterranean dishes, french dishes « brandade » (salt cod with garlic, olive oil and cream), « bourride » and « bouillabaisse » (Provençal fish soup) or Asian dishes.
